Pickup.
We schedule pickup inside your agreed window and call ahead if we're running late. Specimens stay sealed and labeled the way your staff packed them.

Logged.
The custody record starts: time, pickup contact, package count, and temperature requirement as labeled by your staff.

In transit.
Secured in the vehicle and driven straight to the destination. Need an update? Call or text dispatch.

Delivered.
Signed handoff at the destination, with proof of delivery sent to you.

What's in a trial run?
We run your current pickup window for a short trial run so you can judge us on real days. We agree on the stops, times, and records up front on a short call. If it works, it becomes a monthly route subscription.
Do you offer STAT runs?
Yes, when capacity allows. Scheduled routes take priority, so call dispatch at 816-946-0237 to check the window before you count on a STAT pickup.
What temperatures can you handle?
Ambient and refrigerated, packed to your instructions with your approved packaging. We note the temperature requirement on the custody record. Anything more specialized is reviewed in writing before we accept the lane.
Is your driver HIPAA-trained?
Yes. Pulse Express is owner-operated, and the owner-driver is HIPAA-trained. Handling is privacy-first. We never open packages, and we don't need patient information to run your route.
What records do I get?
A chain-of-custody record for each pickup and a proof-of-delivery record with time and signature. We send them in the format you agree to on setup.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri 5:00am–8:00pm and Sat 5:00am–5:00pm, Central time. Closed Sunday.
